It seems both parties were plagued by a bit of a god complex; it was accurate to mirror an image of cockroaches in that section. However, I find it interesting that, of course, a third party was at the center of separation between the two communities. The idea of calling one group "Black Europeans" is a slap in the face to the other community, deeming them unfit to be associated with who ruled them at the time. The fact that the latter group fought back and assumed power after the Belgians left is no surprise.
